Orders can be cancelled before shipping them out. If it has been shipped out, you will need to recieve the package first and submit the return request to support@kevinstudiolives.com.

Can i change the consignee information after order is placed?

If you find that the consignee information you entered is not correct, please send email to us at: support@kevinstudiolives.com, we will mark the correct consignee information on the order.

Can I open a trade account for a large purchase?

Yes, if the order is made for projects, or you are a designer, builder, contractor, please contact us to set up your own account so that you can get the trade discount.

Can you give me suggestion on the suitable chandelier size for my space?

Yes, we are able to provide you the shop drawing based on your space size, for example, if you are looking for a chandelier for your dining table, but not sure whether it will work, you can send us your table size, and we will get back with a shop drawing so you can see how it looks.


Is it difficult to install a chandelier?

It is not a diffcult thing to install a chandelier, we will include the installation instruction inside the package, and will also send trail assembling pictures and videos, so that you can see how it works. Installation will need to be done by the professional electrician.
